In 1999-2000, I was targeted by a Waltham, Mass-based group of right-wing nut jobs (RWNJ) called "Mass Resistance."  As a result of their reckless actions that jeopardized the privacy and safety of students, I quit my job at the Massachusetts Department of Education in protest of the Department's unwillingness to stand up to the illegal acts of the hate group that targeted me and my colleagues. Lawsuits followed.   Since then, there's *finally* been some opposition by the gay commmunity to these folks.  There's also been some academic research about them.  And, the Southern Poverty Law Center has declared them an "active hate group." These are not nice people, and unfortunately, their propaganda still shows up in a google search of my name.  If you want the real story, contact me.
